Three fashion grad students living out their last semester in style
Got my Julep box yesterday!  Couldn’t wait to try the magnetic polish “kylie”, though I think I’m going to have practice my technique with the magnet.

Sorry for the absence! Been busy trying to get all my coding done for my thesis.  This past Monday I attended a lecture given by Gregg Nebel the Head of Social and Environmental Affairs at adidas.  He talked about the various initiatives adidas has taken on, specifically brand collaboration in bettering conditions and practices in factories.

Afterwards, I did some grocery shopping.  I sported a white Gap button down shirt, a coral lace H&M skirt, and one of my own bow ties "swimming" by knot by TIFFA, a mint cotton jacquard bow tie.  I paired this outfit with lack tights and black Doc Martens.

Hope y’all having a nice day!

Happy soon to be Earth Day!  Decided to give my nails a green and blue manicure with Butter London’s “Blagger” and a neon green from L. A. Girl.
Hope y’all had a nice Friday and are ready for the weekend!

Got me some new hurr! I always want to grow my hair out and the moment I reach the phase where it’s at a length with which nothing can be done, I head to the salon. O! well.
I’m wearing my black dress by AND, the no label denim blazer, polka dot tights by Hue and my ALDO boots.

Happy Bow Tie Wednesday!!  Some of you may know that I’m also the Creative Director at knot by TIFFA, a small contemporary bow tie company.  And today is the first day I’m wearing one of my own bow ties in public.  Tricia recently wore a few knot by TIFFA bow ties and it inspired me to try it out.

Today I’m wearing knot by TIFFA’s “ghost in the valley” bow tie inspired by the Wheeler Brother’s album Portraits (which is fantastic and y’all should listen to it).  So, I’m wearing a red plaid flannel button down, but I have no idea what the brand is, but I know I got it from the mens department from a small department store in Defiance, Ohio this past Black Friday.  My navy skirt is from Sisley, black chevron tights from Hue, and brown cowboy boots from Ariat.

That’s all for today, oh and I apologize for my hair looking like a mess (don’t know how that happened)!

Since I signed up for Julep, I decided to cancel my Birchbox subscription, but I guess I cancelled it a little too late as I received my box today!  And I must say, I’m pretty excited with the natural products that were featured this month!
Be Fine Food Skin Care Exfoliating Cleanser and Moisturizer: I’ve been in dire need of an exfoliating cleanser for my face, so I’m looking forward to trying this out
Wonderstruck by Taylor Swift: I’m a big Taylor Swift fan so I’m totally ok with this sample.  It doesn’t smell that bad either, probably won’t purchase it though.
Yes to Blueberries Cleansing Facial Towelettes:  Pretty psyched to have a travel size of these, as it’s nice to have these after a day of traveling my face can feel a little greasy.
Zoya’s Bevin: Have to say, I’m not too crazy about the nail color, but I’ll give it a shot
Lulu Organics Hair Powder: I’m a huge supporter of dry shampoo, as my bangs can be a little greasy at the end of the day and I’m really excited that it’s lavender and clary sage.
I’m a little tempted to re-sign up for Birchbox after this, since I’m pretty happy with the assortment of products, but I think I’m going to give Julep another shot before I completely decide.
